If we find something else while your car is on the hoist, we phone you with a photo and a price. Nothing gets done until you say yes.
Your warranty stays valid
Since July 2021, South African rules let you service a car under warranty at an independent workshop. We use approved parts and stamp your book, so your warranty stays intact.

Will servicing with you void my car's warranty?
No. South African rules introduced in July 2021 let you service a car under warranty at any qualified independent workshop. We follow your manufacturer's schedule, use approved parts and stamp your service book.
Do you work on all makes?
Yes, from small hatchbacks to bakkies and SUVs, petrol and diesel. If something needs specialist dealer software, we'll tell you upfront.
Can I wait while you work?
For scans, tyres and small jobs, yes. There's a waiting area with coffee and Wi-Fi. For services, most people drop off in the morning and collect after work.
How do I pay?
Card, EFT or cash when you collect. You only pay for the work you approved.
What if the problem comes back?
All work comes with a 6-month or 10,000 km guarantee, whichever comes first. Bring it back and we'll sort it at no cost.
